Anthony Pepe
Vice President / Secretary

Mr. Pepe is managing partner responsible for Construction Operations at D.P. Wolff, Inc. including, overseeing the Estimating Division and all Construction Sales. He is intimately active in all field labor and heads the project management staff at D.P. Wolff, Inc.

Mr. Pepe has served on several specialized selective local affiliate trade committees while at D.P. Wolff. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry including detailed workings in specialized pipe and sheet metal fabrication.

Mr. Pepe holds a Westchester County Master Plumbing License.

Vikash Patel
Vice President / Treasurer

Mr. Patel is managing partner responsible for D.P. Wolff, Inc. corporate operations and administrative affairs overseeing all financial, legal, insurance and human resource related affairs. in addition he oversees the daily operations of D.P. Wolff's Service Company.

Mr. Patel is prominently involved in many local and national trade and professional associations particularly as a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers while also serving on the Joint Apprentice Committee for local signatory affiliates.

Mr. Patel's wide range of experience includes drafting, HVAC Design, estimating and project management. He was formally employed for over 10 years at a prominent mechanical contracting company located in the Northeast United States.

John P. DiMiceli
President

Mr. DiMiceli is managing partner responsible for D.P. Wolff, Inc. Service Company operations and sales. He oversees the company's marketing and public relations efforts.

Mr. DiMiceli is a member of several trade organizations and labor management committees serving on the Board as a Contractor Trustee for local signatory affiliates. He is active in many professional associations throughout the industry and serves as Vice President on the Board for the Mechanical Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley.

Mr. DiMiceli's experience in the HVAC industry extends over 25 years. Prior to D.P. Wolff, he was Vice President in charge of Service Operations and Commissioning for a prominent mechanical contracting company located in the Northeast United States.

Ryan McCormick
Service Manager

Mr. McCormick is responsible for directing the daily operations of D.P. Wolff's field service technicians in regard to scheduled preventive maintenance programs and emergency service requests. A graduate of Monroe Woodbury High School in 2000, Mr. McCormick completed his apprenticeship program in 2004 for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration through the United Association local chapter.

Mr. McCormick achieved the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) STAR Technical Certification in 2008. He maintains a Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) refrigerant license certification. Mr. McCormick has earned several certificates of specialized training from leading HVAC industry manufacturers such as Mitsubishi Electric, PowerFlame, Carrier and Johnson Controls.

Mr. McCormick was born and proudly resides in his hometown of Monroe, New York with his wife and son.

Dawn Recchia
Accountant

Ms. Recchia has been an accountant for D.P. Wolff, Inc. for over ten years since joining the company in 1999. She is primarily responsible for the day to day accounting operations of D.P. Wolff, Inc. and their affiliated companies. In addition to ensuring the accuracy of financial data, Ms. Recchia assists in various administrative and operational affairs.

Ms. Recchia earned her CPA license while working at the now known KPMG and was also formally employed as the Accounting Manager of Episode, a globally recognized high end women's retail operation. Ms. Recchia is a notary public, and a member of both the NYSSCPA (New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants) and the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

Rick Brunner
Sales Engineer

Mr. Brunner has maintained his primary role as Sales Engineer for D.P. Wolff, Inc. since joining the Company in 1996. His main concentration continues on establishing customized HVAC service and preventive maintenance programs for commercial facilities throughout the greater New York metropolitan region. His awareness of emerging technologies and over 20 years experience in the HVAC industry benefits building owners and managers by initiating cost effective and energy efficient solutions for their HVAC problems.

Mr. Brunner remains actively involved with many local and national Building and Professional Management Associations including BOMA and the Westchester County Association. Prior to joining D.P. Wolff, Inc. he worked as a Sales Engineer for a large mechanical contractor located in the metro New York area and as a Sales Associate for an established HVAC trade vendor.
