Meet the leadership team:
John P. DiMiceli
John is the managing partner responsible for the D.P. Wolff service division’s operations and sales. He is a member of several trade, labor and business organizations and serves as Vice President of the Board for the Mechanical Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley. A graduate of Syracuse University, John has enjoyed a 35-year career in the HVAC industry, previously employed as Vice President in charge of Service Operations and Commissioning for a prominent mechanical contracting company.
Vice President and Treasurer
Vik is the managing partner responsible for corporate operations and administrative affairs, overseeing all financial, legal, insurance and human resource interests. He is prominently involved in many local and national trade and professional associations and especially active in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers while also serving on the Joint Apprentice Committee for local signatory affiliates. A graduate of Manhattan College, Vik’s wide range of experience includes drafting, HVAC Design, estimating and project management.
Vice President and Secretary
Tony is the managing partner responsible for construction operations, overseeing the estimating division, construction sales, field labor and project management. He has 30 years of industry experience, including specialized pipe design and installation and sheet metal fabrication, and has served on several local trade committees. Tony is a graduate of Queensborough Community College, Queens College and Fairleigh Dickinson University, and holds a Westchester County Master Plumbing License.
Since joining D.P. Wolff in 1996, Rick has established customized HVAC service and preventive maintenance programs for commercial facilities throughout the greater New York metropolitan region. With 25 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of emerging technologies, he is an excellent resource to building owners and managers. Rick is actively involved with many local and national building, professional management and building associations, including BOMA and the Westchester County Association. Rick is a graduate of Plattsburgh State University and New York University’s School of Professional Studies HVAC Design Programs.
A 25-year veteran of D.P. Wolff and a graduate of the Pratt Institute, Phil provides plan and spec, conceptual, and value engineering estimates for our construction division. He also reviews, coordinates and schedules projects for bidding. With over 25 years of detailed estimation experience, Phil’s concise cost allocation skills and broad array of system evaluation have enabled D.P. Wolff to effectively and thoroughly analyze all projects from the simple to complex.
Gary supervises and directs the company’s construction division, including new construction and renovation projects. In this role, he works with the estimating department to determine prospective projects and review bids, generates budgets and schedules, and then manages every aspect of projects through equipment start-up and close-out documentation. Prior to joining D.P. Wolff six years ago, Gary was an Assistant Mechanical Engineer for the New York City Department of Transportation. He has Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
Director of Technical Service
Scott, a graduate of SUNY Delhi and the Northern Westchester Boces HVAC Program, is responsible for field supervision and HVAC training of our team of technicians, supports our sales team, and provides project management. A valued member of the D.P. Wolff team since 2011, he has an extensive list of equipment and safety certifications. In his free time, Scott volunteers with the Unionvale Fire Department.
In 2019, Dawn celebrates 20 years with D.P. Wolff. She manages day to day financial operations and assists with various operational activities. Prior to joining the firm, she earned her CPA license while working at the firm now known as KPMG and was also formerly employed as the Accounting Manager of Episode, a globally recognized women’s retail operation. Dawn is a graduate of Pace University, a notary public, and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Director of Service Operations
Kelly celebrates 5 years with D.P. Wolff in 2019, and her diverse experience in the HVAC industry has allowed her to develop and strengthen the positive business relationships with our valued clients. She is responsible for all facets of daily service operations, including client inquiries and concerns, and involved in preparation and presentation of all service-related proposals and estimates from repairs to replacement systems.
